FUNDRAISING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

1. 1 unit of 8 hours hybrid (face to face / online) Crowdfunding Intensive Programme 

2. 4 units of 1 hour online Crowdfunding Mentoring Programme review sessions which will be conducted weekly

3. 1 unit of WhatsApp dedicated support group for each of the institution

4. 1 dedicated Fundraising Mentor for every Group of 10 institutions 

5. 1 dedicated Campaign Mentor for every Group of 10 institutions 

6. 1 dedicated Programme Coordinator for every Group of 10 institutions 

8 hours hybrid (face to face / online) Crowdfunding Intensive Programme 

- the participants will be guided by the crowdfunding facilitators during the 8 hours session to register, develop, design, plan and launch the campaign.

- the participants will be guided by the fundraising facilitators during the 8 hours session to plan and strategize the campaign as part of interactive and active fundraising campaign so that it will have a bigger impact to the organisation.

4 times of 1 hour online Crowdfunding Mentoring Programme review sessions which will be conducted weekly

- Our facilitators will review each of the participants' campaign on weekly basis so that we could improvise the campaign from time to time.

- The WhatsApp group is the best medium to facilitate and assist the institution in order to provide immediate support and advise to the institution.

All 3 dedicated facilitators will be there in the WhatsApp group to facilitate the institution from time to time.
